Hi guys,

I recently got a chassis for my monitor. It looks good, but I noticed that the black is not really black, but greyish. During actual gameplay it looks okay, but the picture could stand to be a bit sharper.

Also, there are some faint horizontal lines, but they are only really noticeable on black screens. It isn't the tube. Is this something wrong with my vertical?

Also I got a bad shock touching the side of the chassis while the cab was on, and the chassis has a bunch of adjustment pots that are not labelled. Is there a sheet somewhere online for a neotec 3500 that will say what these pots do? Also I would like to get a Cap kit for it, but I cannot find any info on my chassis online hardly. Any tips where to get one?

Thanks for any help!

Did you fix it yet?
change the fly? FT-216
for poor focus,or changes intermittently
it happens to most of the NT.
Changing the caps correct the lines's?
Don't forget to mark the trim pots before you turn them..
I haven't hear anyone say they mark a trim pot before turning them.
I guess that goes without saying..
Inspect the remote board pots for hairline cracks
and resolder pins on remote board.
you don't have a earth ground on the monitor chassis?
Let us know what you found..
