Very nice Nintendo VS. series coin-operated arcade game featuring RBI Baseball and Excitebike. This machine has two sides, with games on both sides (one monitor, two sets of controls, quarter slots, etc. on each side). Each side can be played individually or at the same time and both sides allow two players per side.
Both video screens are very crisp and clear. The pictures show the quality of the screens (sometimes my camera's flash causes the shot to be too bright to see the screen clearly). The sound works very well on both sides of the machine.
Nintendo manufactured this style of arcade game to allow the ability to switch the circuit boards in order to change which games it plays. This cabinet may've held a "Golf" circuit board at one time (the Excitebike side displays the "Golf" instructions). I have never changed the circuit boards, but have seen them for sale in other classified and auction listings.
Both sides accept quarters. It is also possible to unlock and open either of the top doors on the cabinet and activate the credit counter, in order to play without quarters. Both quarter-collection bins have a lock and key.
This arcade has normal wear. As far as I can tell, it was manufactured in 1984. It appears the previous owner replaced the power cord for a longer, two-prong one at some point (and may've by-passed the on/off switch at the same time). In addition, one joystick on the Excitebike side sticks slightly but is still usable.
$325 or best offer. This machine is for pick-up only, or I can deliver in Ohio for an additional fee (per mile). I am located about 90 minutes south of Cleveland. If you have any questions, please ask!
