It seems everyone either sells 7/8" or 1 1/8" locks and I think 3/4" would be a much better option. All of my coin doors are sloppy feeling. Especially if you try using a 7/8" lock in a Nintendo cabinet.

i ordered a bunch of 5/8" locks from chips4sle along with matching 7/8" locks and i've been using them all over. the price was great and beats having to buy extra offset cams (which is what i used to do.)

That's because Nintendo uses a 5/8" lock!

Yes I know they do. But not many people sell 5/8" locks, so I figured 3/4 would cover both Nintys and standard cabs. I have several 5/8" tube locks, but I don't have the right keys for half of them. Go to Bob Roberts, he has the 7/8 or 1 1/8. Same with most arcade suppliers everybody uses. If you know of a decent source for both 3/4 and 5/8 locks, let me now.

I think Home Depot or Lowes sells a 5/8 lock in their cabinet lock section. I know they sell the other sizes, but I'm pretty sure I saw the smaller size, too...
