I went looking for a 19" TV at the closest thrift store to my house. I looked to my right as I entered the door and something caught my eye. It was an arcade game! It was a Space Duel. I reached around, plugged it in, and presto! It worked!
"How much?"
-"$250"
"How about $150?"
-"$200"
"$180?"
-"$190"
"Alright, deal!"
So just under 2 c-notes later, I bring home my first vector game. Its difficult. But cool nonetheless. The only drawback is a small chunk taken out of the wood on the right side. Nothing a little bondo and touch up paint wont hide. Everything else is damn near flawless.
Oh! And it also came with 2 game manuals (found 1 in the coin box and another on top of the power supply), the WG monitor manual, schematic package, NOS coin door decals, and a ton of other schematics and paperwork.
Not a bad score for my first vector!
