hmm, surprised the guy didn't get a million emails telling him it was worth $1500 lol.. and 2 people that had "locked the deal in" at a lower price before the seller knew what it was worth..

Don't have the house yet... Still trying to close.
All my games are in my detached garage. Bought most of them this year hoping to have a place big enough to keep them.
