27" CGA (don't care if it has burn) Chicagoland/South burbs

I'm throwing the feelers out again for a 27" standard res monitor. this time I'm lowering my standards some, because price is a factor, so I don't even mind if it's got some screen burn. I just ask that it works.

if you have like a WG D9200 even, I'll take that, I ran one of those in here before I rebuilt a NAOMI cab.

I'm replacing a Toshiba monitor in a Konami Dance Maniax that I've faced a year's worth of aggravation with, and no monitor repair people in the US want to touch it. even Joemac won't answer me back anymore. :)

also, I didn't specify in previous incarnations, the monitor has to have its own switching PSU, the cab is funky and Japanese and does not have an iso.

PM me or e-mail me [email protected].

thanks

afraid the 25 is in fact a deal breaker. with this cab, even the monitor frame is an oddball pos.. the mounting brackets are threaded, and you feed bolts through the frame to screw it in to the mounts. this game requires 3 people to do a monitor swap, if not careful, you can drop the monitor straight in the game. last time I had to swap frames, the D9200 had to get shoehorned in the small tray :)

it doesn't have like a conventional bezel either, it's just monitor behind glass.

very flimsy arrangement, otherwise I would rigged up some kind of frame adapter to make it take a 25".

thanks for the fast response though. maybe Mike will chime in with his U5000 that's on life support. :)
