If either coil is still attached to the board at both end points, and has continuity throughout, then they are most likely still working and not your problem.

Waiting to hear what the B+ reading is...

I think I may have screwed up. I checked power to the monitor it is 130V I thought I read some place incoming power should be 100V. Is the transformer on top of the game power pack the iso transformer?

I checked the B+ it is open

That incoming voltage is fine.

You check the B+ at the resistor on the outside of the chassis. Ground one of your leads to the part of the chassis that the resistor is connected to (the big metal/aluminum frame piece). Touch the other lead to either end of that resistor. If you have any B+ you will have a reading on both sides of it, one higher than the other. Try that and post back.

Just to add..... B+ is a DC Voltage measurement.
