Hey Guys,

I just picked up a 25" monitor locally, I really need some help figuring out what this is, and if it is a standard or med-resolution.

Here's the backstory, this came out of a Mortal Kombat 3 cab that had been converted into a NFL Blitz. MK3 is standard, and NFL Blitz can use a Med-res, but I think it can also go on a standard depending on the dip switch settings. The board was gone, though, so I don't know.

Can anybody ID this sucker? Thanks!

Sorry for the crummy cell-pics. If you need a better view let me know and I'll get out the real camera.

OK, so this is a Wells Gardner K7191 -- this is a standard res, right?

Sorry if this is a silly question, this is my first time messing with monitors and I just want to get it right.

OK, thanks a bunch.

This is going into a cab with a currently-working 25" now, it just has bad screen burn. I'll check and see if the cab already has an Isolation Transformer, do 25" usually use them?

Thanks again for helpin' the new kid.

OK, so the remote board is the little board with the 6 adjustment pots for contrast, V-hold, V-size, etc... is that right? I have this, but it is in bad shape, 5 of the 6 pots have connectors that are broken, looks like someone sat on this thing. Dammit! Looks like I'll need a new one.

I found an old post of Ken's that arcadecup.com has them, time to place an order!

Thanks guys!

if the remote board is not broken, it might be cheaper to repalce the pots. Bob roberts would have them..

Pretty sure this is the link, $12 for the set..

there is two sets of audio cables. the red and wite pair go from the transformer to the speaker.
the other is a two pin brown cable that comes from the harness and goes to the sound amp. its the little 3 pin wite disk drive power looking connector on the sound amp.

Peace
