*Just measured it again -- Turns out its a 27"*
I am upgrading my Solar Spin redemption game to an LCD. It currently has a 27" CRT VGA monitor in it. I don't know the brand or model but it works fine. It does have some burn-in. Not very noticable. Could be used in any 27" game if you used a CGA to VGA converter pcb. Not sure what these go for. I think $250 would be fair. Looking to trade for anything coin operated.
Below is a photo of it working in my Solar Spin.

Just a suggestion, but I'd recommend that you try out an LCD in there before you sell that monitor to make sure you'll be happy with it.

Most inexpensive LCDs do not have a viewing angle conducive to work in that sort of installation; this isn't much of a problem for URs. I've seen LCDs in Solar Spin tabletops and they generally look pretty poor to the point of being unplayable as viewing angles from both sides render the pic hard to see. You'll want an IPS-panel LCD for that machine; they're typically more expensive.

Otherwise, that is a very fair price for a 27" VGA.

Thanks for the suggestion. My friend was a manager at an arcade and he had two Solar Spins in which he put LCDs in. He went to a local Sams Club and bought two. He told me what kind but I forgot. They actually looked pretty good. I will keep your suggestion in mind. I am only going to upgrade this thing if the machine doesn't sell before this monitor.

when you find out which one from Sam's please post it. I would like to change a crt to a lcd on a game as well.

Thanks

Yeah, putting an LCD in an arcade game is a big mistake. I do not wish to derail your thread, but there are too many guys on here that thought it would be a good idea and regretted it as soon as they did it.

I agree putting LCDs in games such as Galaga, Pac-Man, Dig Dug, etc.. Is a bad idea but this game actually runs off a computer and I could and have easily hooked it up to my desk top and it actually doesnt look to bad.
