I got a 19" K7000 monitor that I can't get the width to come in. Vertical size does come in.
Looking at the chassis, it sure looks like a 25" model with the real tall heat sink and remote board.

Is there any way to tell if the chassis is a 25" or 19" and what happens if you run one on the wrong size tube?

The long heat sink is the easiest to tell you have a 25 or 27" k7000.. You can plug a 19" to a 25" tube, I've done it.. Doesn't fit the screen, but in a pinch you'll know it works.

Dead give away is that tall vertical output IC heatsink. Another easy way to tell is to look at the VR. If it ends in 130 you've got a 25" chassis. 123 19" chassis.

Another question.
This 19" tube has a fat neck, is there a way to use this with the small socketed chassis's?

I do have some spare big sockets that I could use to replace the small neckboard socket if it will work.
Or should I find an entire neckboard to use?
