What they meant by solder bridge on the connector is, sometimes after working on a board solder bridges pins on the board that it shouldn't.
However, unless you did work on this board, if it was working and then it stopped chances are you have a shorted color output transistor. These are located on the board that goes on the neck of the tube.
I haven't worked on this specific monitor, so I'm not certain what type of drive tranisitor it uses, but I can tell you if one has failed, the others are likely to fail too and transistors are cheap so you would be further ahead to change all of them. There are usually just three transistors on the neckboard, although there may be more.
Let me know if you need any more help. If you can get a close up picture of the side of the neckboard with all the parts on it, I can be a little more specific.
There are a few other less likely possibilities to entertain. You could have a bad Game PCB or a short on one of the guns in the tube.
EDIT--- Just looked at your pics again and it LOOKS like i see three small heatsinks on your neckboard. Those are going to be your color drive transistors.
