24pin 16K SRAM equivalent

Does anyone know of an equivalent to this HM3-65728K-5 SRAM chips?




I found some at Jameco but I'd like to find an option at digikey or one of the vendors I'll be more likely to order from soon.

Harris Memory part number while Harris was still teamed up with Matra.

HM3-65728K-5
HM = Harris Memory (or "Harris Matra" according to Matra or Temic data book)
3 = Plastic DIP
65728 = 2K x 8 (typo in databook says part is 8K x 8)
K = 35nS
5 = Commercial temperature range

Appears to be same as:
Cypress -- CY7C128A-35PC... but that one is obsolete, also.
IDT -- 6116SA25TPG a bit faster but is probably as close as you're going to get.

Jameco 'clearance discounted price' is about 3x the regular price at Mouser.

yeah that skinny .3 row spacing 6116 ram rarely goes bad, which we normally stock it but we won't have it back in stock for another couple months.
