Wanted to run this past someone else before I actually applied power. I just made a Jamma adapter to try and test out a Death Race PCB on my Pat using the jamma harness.
The pinouts for the board calls for J1 Pins 3 and 4 to be 22vac. The closest I can get to that is +12vdc on 3 and 4.
So before I plug this thing in, is this a wise move? It might work, but could I damage the board? I certainly wouldn't want to blow up my PAT. Should I just clip those lines and forget about the 22vac altogether? The concensus is they are used for audio.
From my understanding they're ramped down to 15vdc by the board, I thought 12 was fairly close to that.
