Ok everyone. I've done this the last two years and I'm gearing up for next year. Going to try to really turn up the quality of the calendar this year.

For those that don't remember here is the link http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=163032

I only had one concern from last year and that was my inclusion of Moon War. So to avoid that this year I've put together a little survey to help me decide what 12 games make the list for next year.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9KHYVN9

Survey is closed. The scale is 1-4 with the best score a 4.0 Here are the results

Too bad we can't have the flyer images embedded in that post. You make it easy to whip through it and click away, yes or no.

You can with a paid subscription. I was just hoping to narrow the field a little and so far the survey has done a great job at it.

When are you going to post the results?

Scott C.

Will you post ther results of the survey?:D

Sure. You'll know the top 12 when you buy your calendar.:D (Joke)

I'll keep this thread updated. Sofar the top 10 has been fairly solid. The last 2 have bounced around and havent settled out yet.

I'm only alowed 100 responses so the survey will close then. I'll give you a little preview of the results by stating Robby is the most hated of the games from '82

I just took the survey. You definitely need Zoo Keeper in there!

I have your calendar for this year. My only complaint is that there are a bunch of birthdays on there for people I don't know.

have you considered either doing two games on each month or maybe four smaller rectangles, or doing a cool add a picture to different days (birth day of the game with a quick trivia statement?) Snapfish has a cool calendar creator but cost starts going up tremedously. i might have to make my own now, hhhmmm ...

maybe something like 2-4 williams games - robotron, stargate, defender and joust? stuff like that, just a thought, could be really cool with

then when you're done with the calendar for the year, the card stock is usually pretty decent in most you could probably turn them into other projects for your own game room?

Quiet. You're giving away all my good ideas :D

Yeah. Those were done for the NEACF folks. I originally made this years to share with them and that's why they have the birthdays on there. The extras got sold here. I looked into including KLOV but after seeing how many I'd have to include, I think I'll just skip the birthdays this coming year.

Scott, one suggestion... Come up with a few generic or game specific themed backgrounds and put these behind the vertical flyers so you don't have any white space left and right. The calendars were great, I love mine. That's my only comment. :)

Yeah. I plan to up the effort this year. The last couple of years it was basicly a Dec 1st idea and how quick I can get it done. Hopefully with a couple of months of time I can get a better look.

Survey done. Would be nice if after you completed it they showed the results so far.

Ok looks like voting has slowed down so I'm going to close the survey tomorrow and post the results up before the weekend. So last chance to get your votes in.

I'm going to start working on the first few months tonight and throw out some previews later.

Thanks for voting..
