Is the Varkon still going? most awesome game/pinball Ive ever played! I heard the guy wants $5000 for it. had to leave out at noon today.

Yeah still going. I played it a little while ago. Really cool. There is a sign on it now for $5000.
I missed playing the Varkon but the Quantum nearby was very cool.
I assume it has an Amplifone monitor inside but whatever it's got that game has an awesome picture. Fun game!
That one is $2500 OBO.
Even got to play a Reactor for the first time. Hard game -- not sure I like it.
Also got to play Crystal Castles and Marble Madness for the first time.
Ken, your Joust machine was acting up this afternoon; spent a while in a reset state (with the colored fuzz on it while booting). At some point it cleared up and people were playing it like crazy. Your SMASH TV and Joust 2 were getting a lot of love as well.
And the music levels were more reasonable than they have been in the past -- no painful ringing ears this year!

It think the power is a little glitchy on that side. We've had trouble with most of the games over there except for the XyBots (also mine).
I had to go into work this afternoon after my seminar. Fortunately, they let me loose from work early and I got to come back with my wife for a couple of hours. She got a chanc to play some pins and watch the interesting people wandering around. No stinky unicorns though.

Made a brief appearance to pick up a repro FunHouse play field from the IPB guys last night. Looked like a fun time, but the girl at the ticket counter said that if I just wanted to grab 'n go she wouldn't bother charging for a ticket. And I f'd my back up the other day so didn't really feel like lurching around, stumbling over children, etc. 
Shame, as I really wanted to at least play some Quantum and Transformers LE...
The repro play field is pretty damn nice though, glad I made the stop for sure!

I was there from 9am until about 1:30 or so. I was going to try and go back but time and family obligations kept that from happening. Oh well, I had a blast anyway. I didn't play any vids though my wife and son played the heck out of the Pacs.

Had such an awesome time at the show. It was really nice to meet a bunch of cool people and play some killer games that I had only seen here in the forums. Loved playing Quantum and Discs of Tron. Spent most of my time on those and the Tron pinballs.
I was there from about 10:00--12:00 had something come up and had to leave. I had a camera on my hip but forgot to take any pics! I hope someone has some.
I saw you over there but never introduced myself,sorry. I was with greg for a bit when he got there,I saw your scratch-n-dent special for $75.00 and was tempted.

Yeah those sold in the afternnoon. The two guys that got them got a really good deal. Those two cocktails had been sitting in my garrage for a while. They had some chips in the black coating from machining and I didn't want to sell them because of that except at a big discount.
Did the Varkon sell?

Yeah I greatly appreciate the discount. My brother picked up the better deal for my birthday. I was playing Disc of Tron and he comes up to tell me he bought me a cabinet. I was pleasantly surprised that he did it.
