2011 Houston Arcade Expo Nov 11th & 12th!

Im going to make it but it looks like sunday only,I no longer have the MVSCC but will probably bring the arkanoid. Would anyone be intrested in a trade? BTW how will KLOV'ers be distinquished in the crowd? I know that questions up for alot of jokes but seriously. Will there be the "Hi My Name Is" stickers or something.
 
If you show up Sunday, you can help the teardown ;). The show is Friday night and Saturday.

I don't know about anybody else, but I will be the one who looks like he didn't get any sleep Friday night (because I didn't. Stupid work moved the crash and burn all night test fest from the 4th to the 11th :mad:).

Guess I didnt pay close enuf attention,will try to make it early sat but wont be ablee to bring a game dont think it will fit in the miata. My wifes taking the suv to work,unless someone is traveling from north houston with spare room in there truck. Im gonna make it this year damn it.
 
Not gonna make it. I'm still in Saudi and seriously doubt they will let me out of revisiting this other rig (which is about 2 days drive from anything), so no way I will make it back in time.

Sucks, too... was gonna see about getting a repro FunHouse playfield if IPB was there. :(

I might be able to help you out. I should have room in the trailer. I'll have the trailer on Friday though not Sat.

They will be there and they will have the Repro playfields. I'll be there. I'm taking off Friday so I can drop of a couple of games. I'll be there Saturday morning until lunchtime or so.

thats cool thanks for the offer but i gotta work friday. the offer still stands though for the arkanoid if anyone is intrested in a trade. Im waking up early on saturday and me and my son will be there.

There was a thread about custom KLOV fezzes, but for some reason it wasn't too popular :D

I see a Discs of Tron is on the list now, can't wait!

I don't know about a Tron, but I will be selling off some of my non-Williams and a few spare Williams games.

- The Simpsons 4 player
- Robocop (dedicated)
- Stargate (dedicated)
- Sinistar (in a Moon Patrol cabinet)
- Joust
- Bubble Bobble (in a Joust cainet, IIRC)
- XyBots (still needs some cleanup)

I think there might be one or two others still in storage.

Damn! Work shifted my schedule again. It looks like I will get some sleep Friday, but I have to be in the office at 3pm Saturday :(.

If it is clean, I will probably be wearing my 3D (red, blue glasses type) Star Wars t-shirt Friday night. Not sure what I will be wearing Saturday.

alright,tickets are paid for cant wait. Me and my son will be there saturday at opening,Is any one else going with the intentions of buying a game? AND what if i buy one but have no way of transporting it until later in the day? This is my first one so not real sure how it works.

If you buy a game off the floor, it has to stay until Sunday morning, so you'll have time to find somebody to help haul it. If you buy one at the swap meet, you can usually work something out with the seller.

Depending on whether any of mine sell, I may have room on the truck depending on which direction you are going. Damn U-Haul wants 0.99 per mile. :mad: So I don't want to go too far out of the way.

Update: I'll probably be wearing the "flaming quarter" Houston show shirt from a few years ago on Friday and the Star Wars 3D shirt on Saturday, in honor of the stormtrooper invasion.
