First off just let me say if I didn't have help like I did tonight, I wouldn't throw this party. This was the 2nd annual Halloween Party and I really honestly don't know if there will be a third. I didn't realize how much work goes into preparing for this. If I don't have the help next year, then no party. So.. onto the party. Tonight, between myself, my wife, my sister and my niece we all handed out candy (mostly my sister and my niece). My mom and aunt showed up and my mom directed the kids up the drive way and into the game room. My aunt was a big help too because we ran out of candy! I swear I thought we were going to have enough this year.. but nope we ran out!!! My aunt made a candy run for us and between her, my step dad and my wife.. they were bagging up candy as kids were coming into the game room. Again like last year, started out slow.. but as the night fell we got bombarded. My aunt and mom each kept count.. and we had a total of 95 kids in and out of the game room. That doesn't include parents!!! We all got hardly any sleep yesterday.. we were up til 4 am Saturday morning doing our parts. We're all tired.. but I am gonna be up all night taking down the decorations (another long night for me).
Again I do this for kid's.. and adults are more than welcome to play the games. All games were played tonight. Even had some adults playing Popeye. There were a lot of babies tonight.. some of them were adorable! You'll see from the pic's. I love doing this, and I look forward to it every year. On to the pic's:
