Can 2 trackballs connect to same output ?
I connect both trackballs to a same output ,wont work ,disconnect one trackball only, then trackball works .

Well, trackballs can't be attached to an output. A trackball is an input device.

What are you trying to connect these trackballs to? An arcade PCB or a computer?

IMO it doesn't matter what it is, connecting 2 input devices to a single input will not work, the signals will interfere with each other. (unless they have a ID sense switch or something that will isolate them on a single line) (but no trackball or mouse I have ever seen has that type of complex circuitry) Unless your talking USB type of devices on a PC.

I mean same input , I was not thinking yesterday .
I add an on /off/on toggle switch on control panel to turn off one trackball ,so other one will work .
I have a customer want a trackball on left and right side control panel .
