I'm glad you decided to hang around and keep your business! I'm still going to buy a cocktail from you someday...

Melamine Particle board. i can now cut it and get it about 99% chip free. I finally found a bit that worked well. I used an Onsrud compression bit before, results were not that great. I tried a Whiteside brand compression bit, (34.00 Vs 94.00 for an Onsrud) and the results were fantastic. I can cut about 10 - 12 sheets before it's dull. It only seems to Dull on the tip, i was getting smoke when trying to do some through holes for monitor bracket bolts.

It worked fine for all the other cuts, the plunges seem to be rough on them.

Great job! How much for 2 Nintendo cab bases? :D

And how much for 1 Ms. Pac backdoor, and 1 Gyruss backdoor?

Do you offer piece-meal stuff like that? Or just whole cabs?

Cool. I always read great things about Whiteside bits on the woodworking forums.

Aw MAN. Why did you have to go and make a dedicated Space Ace cabinet. I LIKE having "Exclusive" games in my collection...

I also use whiteside slot cutters, they last forever. For most of my plywood cab cutting, i use a sears brand 1/4 cut, 1/2 shank double flute full carbide straight bit. I average about 50 sheets before it gets dull!!

The next cab i do will definately have people talking, i am starting on the parts vectoring for that cab tomorrow, hopefully i can debut it on here before the weekend. Check out my website in my Sig, it lists every cabinet i make, and a comming soon list of cabinets i have, but haven't had a chance to program in yet!

Just got a dedicated Joust and Krull cabinets that will be "comming soon" as well! Price on Reactor is 350.00 and Space Ace is 400.00 and that one can be done in either Melamine or birch ply.

OK,
So what's available right now. And do you know if NAVL has the 2 cabs on one pallet deal they used to. At least, I think they used to. Are you currently making the Star Wars CP reproduction. I would really like to have a Tron in plywood so I could possibly get mine ready by the movie release, and I would also like to get a Star Wars CP to replace mine that is all to hell. But alas, I am poor at the moment. Any more word about the deal with Ram controls. I would rather buy the complete cab if it comes to fruition. I wouldn't mind a bare wood SW cab, but it just be sad without the side art. Other than that, I could just swap parts out.

everything on my site is available, except what's on the comming soon list. Everything else listed has been vectored in, and cut/built. No clue on the ram deal or what's happening with it. Also not sure on the NAVL deal, they didn't require a pallet for the game i just shipped.

I'm sure you have been asked this before but, I need to ask. I lve in alaska and was wondering if I could order some cabinets unassembled. Anytime I call a shipping company it's crazy on what they want to charge for a fully assembled cabinet. Thanks

i might be able too, it's just hard to draw an instruction sheet is the problem!

Bro!
Those cabinets are sick!
Glad to here the melamime covered ones are cutting better / 90% chip free now!
