I've got two scorpion dx machines that don't appear to boot, I've attempted swapping the caps on 1 board, reseating connectors, and testing the voltages on the PSU.
One did work before I moved it to my collection, so I'd have to assume a night in the car or some road bumps did it in.
Would love any ideas of items to check.
