I would:
1) Figure out whether that board requires -5
2) If so, measure whether you have -5 on the PCB when plugged into the 2-to-1
3) If not, figure out the right way to route the -5
not bypass add/jumper/bridge, basically if one connector has -5 you'll want to splice a line into that and add it to the one that does not. if neither have -5 you'll have to add it to both (how you go about this is up to you), you can either run a line and jumper off it or run 2 separate lines.
