Hi;
I need 3 X 1uF 250v Non-Polar (Bi-Polar) caps and I cannot find them at the usual suppliers.
I checked Mouser, DigiKey, Jameco, Newark and no good.
I did a E-Bay search and found one in the UK, $14.00 shipping.
If it comes down to it, I guess I will have no choice but I was hoping to not have to spend so much shipping on such a small part.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Jeff

Use two ordinary 'polarised' electro caps connected back to back - that is, connect the positive of each together BUT you must double the value.

So you need 2 x 2.2ufd with their positives connected together = 1 x 1ufd non-polarised cap.

Thank you for the information and the suggestions, much appreciated.

I am researching this further and once I have figured this out, one way or the other, I will post my results.

Thanks again
Jeff
