Just picked this NOS tube up off Ebay. Is this for sure a 19VLUP22? Said it on the box and on a sticker on the tube, but I was wondering if anyone knowledgeable can tell from the picture for sure. I am not used to looking at these. Thanks for any help.

Hard to tell from the angle you took the pic, but it looks like a 100 degree angle tube to me. Does the neckboard fit on the tube?

More pics. Not sure if these help indentify or not.

Maybe someone here has a few tubes laying around that they can snap a picture of a 90 degree and 100 degree tube facedown to show the difference?

The 100 degree tube is shorter face-to-neck than the 90 degree tube. This makes the steeper angle from the neck to the face.

The only way I can explain is that I've seen a lot of 90 degree tubes, and this one is steeper than that. So it has to be a 100 degree tube.

Since the 19VLUP22 sticker on the tube is yellowed from age, I would bet it is correct as there probably was not much reason to fake a tube number back when it would have been put on. I'll check with the adapter board tonight. Thanks for the info guys!

Yes, that's definitely a 100 degree tube. Now if the neckboard fit's its a good chance it's a true 19VLUP22.
