ok thanks for the comments, I really dont know much about this one. Yea there is no burn at all on it...I hope it will sell, cause its just collecting dust. Do yall think the price is ok?

it's a bit steep, since you do not "know for sure" that it actually works. Plus complete G08's sell for about half that price... offense not intended.

Rather strong price..

You asked. Best option would be to throw a working chassis on it, even if it's just for testing then you can boast a burn-free NEW color vector tube/frame w G08 HV cage.

I think I saw some burn free Tempest CRTs go for high $ this year.

Problem is that they won't stay burn free :)

6100 tube

sold two this year. NOS. 225 and 300. good price i guess. not to high and not low.

What is with the nuts on fingers? Is that like a poor mans GAYDAR ? Symbolize that these fingers like the feel of nuts! Okay that enough for now. lol.

No offence taken I really wanted to know..LOL thats the guys fingers that own the arcade from which we are selling some of his items he just doesnt need anymore. I'll talk to him and see about a chassis and also a lower on the price...Thanks all.

So is it "new" as in unused or NOS?

Or is it a used monitor minus the chassis, with little to no burn.. As it looks like a 6100 that crapped out early in life and was shelved.. Chassis pulled, sent out and forgotten about..

I've never seen a new 6100 with yoke, flyback, frame, etc.. Usually just a nos naked tube.. If its nos, and has the yoke/rings/fly.. Then $500 is a decent price..

But just for a burn free, unknown working 6100, minus chassis.. Well its a bit steep. Looks really nice though! Good luck with the sale, just wanted to understand more about what your selling..

Doesnt look NOS.. Theres some dust on the Yoke near the anode, also there is a repair tag on it. Its a G08, so big suprise there. Im guessing its got light use before the deflection board went thermonuclear.
