Just put a 19k7201 monitor in a dedicated konami track & field. How do the sync wires connect to this monitor?
Thx

the same exact way as any monitor. LOL

I was running an NBA Jam board on my K7201 earlier and the H. Hold was all wonked out. I couldn't find an adjustment for it though, or I forgot where it's at. is that the problem you're having?

I honestly can't remember Konami's polarity or if those were composite or H+V.

The sync wired fell out of connector. Does the sync wire go to one of the +v or +h and -v and -h or what? Where does the sync wire go exactly? An old hacked g07 was in it with wrong frame etc. A wire was jumpered on the 3 pin j. Connector and not sure of that was hooked on the connector properly or moved over one slot or what. Thats why i need know. If anyone has a pic of wiring connected to a monitor in a track and field i can figure out.

oh, ok so if it's just 1 wire that'll be composite. I'm going to lean towards it being a negative composite, so you'll run that to pin 10.

if that doesn't work, try pin 6, for positive polarity. I think Konami used negative though.

thx for chiming in.
I figured it out so if anyone else needs info in the future:
sync wire goes to +v and -h for track and field with this wg monitor.
thx again!!

That may work but it's not correct. Sync should be on only -H. Try removing your +V.

E.g.

Red
Green
Blue
Ground
Empty

Key
Ground (or empty)
Empty
Comp. Sync

you ran a composite sync to negative horizontal and positive vertical? that had to be wild.
