Is the flyback for a 19", 25", & 27" all the same. I ordered flybacks from Bob originally for a 25" but I just found a 19" that needs it.

There is a number on a sticker on the flyback. If the number on the 19" flyback matches the number on the flyback you got from Bob, then it will work...

I also found this while examining the chassis. I am not as concerned with the cap as I am the burnt hole in the board. Is this repairable or should I just replace the whole chassis?

its probhably repairable.. you will have to scrape out the burnt krap and clean her off well, do some trace work for sure and i guarantee you those diodes in that area are shorted so you will need to replace those as well.

you may also need a voltage regulator and hot if the flyback blew too..

also ohm c36, it may be shorted and if so, you will need to replace it.

and to answer your question, yes the old school k7000 flyback is the same for most 13, 19, and 25" old school models...

now the 7400 and 7500 ar emore modern and nothing like thier classis counterparts.

It looks like you are missing a resistor as well. You should compare the board to the schematic and rebuild the circuit.
