Acquired a Galaxian machine with video problems the chassis says it is a 19k4951 and the RCA tube has a model of 19VLTP22 on it. I have attached a pic of what I see. The game does work with an alternate monitor hooked up. Any ideas of what to start looking at?? The game and colors look good other than they are 2" wide

that's a vertical deflection problem...there are guys on here that are quite knowledgable who can give you some help on how to fix it...

Yep, looks like vertical collapse to me. You will want to check for voltage on pin #6 of IC3 on the chassis board. It should have 24volts while powered on. I would start with checking that and report back.

Step one - turn down the brightness until you can barely see it. No sense burning the screen.

Step two - Just to verify, unplug the yoke connector and measure the resistance between the yellow and green wires. It should be 36 ohms or so.

Step three - install a cap kit, and reflow all the solder in the section behind the flyback, especially on those big caps. Basically all the parts in the 400's.

Step four (if necessary) - test and replace (as needed) FR401, Q401, and Q402...

i do not have and IC3...I do have an IC301 and IC501. I do have the schematics and require voltages at points, compared results on IC301 to spec and they are all about 3v less than spec.
