This is a Home Use Only game, it is absolutely MINT.. Low miles : 3674 games played on the clicker.

I am cleaning up my arcade space for other projects and initiatives, this game has been in my possession for about 25 years.. Finished basement, heated and dry with my other games.

It is one of the rarer games, there is not a speck of dust in the interior.. Look at the that Neck..OMG... No screen burn, Power Block is as perfect as the neck, inside is immaculate, no water damage.. PM for more pictures as my limit is 10.

I purchased this working from a Nova Scotia (Canada) collector may years ago for top $$$$.. and one day playing, there was the infamous RUG screen. and I pinpointed it down to the infamous power supply issue, the 30volt rail.. as seen in the pictures. Currently, when the games is turned on, the classic intro "I am turned on" is spoken, but with the 30v system not working, the game is in limbo. A simple fix, a great game and worth the efforts to ship. The game deserves a good home. Asking 3200(US) ono

NOTES:

I was curious, so I took a peek at the Q*Bert schematics (which are largely the same for Qubes)

The 30V line isn't used for the main PCB at all, and 5v is not derived from this line (30V is derived from a 35VAC input, and 5v is derived from 11.5VDC). The 30v system is used for the sound board and knocker only. However, Qubes doesn't have a knocker, so there shouldn't be any point where 30V enters the main PCB.

If it's still speaking, then it has at least enough voltage to power the amp (and more importantly *is* booting... Somewhat) A white/blank screen would imply both foreground and background not working, so there's plenty to explore there. Does it play blind and/or respond to test mode?

Still, that's an incredible looking game, and will make someone very happy.

30V isn't used in any way on QQ.
It uses a 12V amp on the sound board, and doesn't use the knocker.
Well that explains why it's able to say "Hello I'm Turned On"

Thanks. I was wondering about that - was unaware it used a different sound board revision.

The Sound board does use the 30v Rail and the +/- 12v

The coin Meter also uses the 30v rail (which is why I cannot add credits when I put a coin in the shoot)
So the 30v Rail is definitely gone as mentioned in my initial posting.

The coin meter has nothing to do with adding credits.

The coin LOCKOUT (if used on your cab) may prevent coins from going down the chute, but flicking the coin switch will still add credits.
