Here I have an Original 1983 Jr. Pac Man dedicated upright arcade #395/500. Most Jr. Pac man arcades you'll find were kits installed in older Pac man, Ms Pac man or Super Pac man arcades. The dedicated cabinets were installed on extra Mappy cabinets. With the artwork being applied directly over the old Mappy art.
This machine functions perfectly. It plays great and the sound is sound is crisp and clear. The original G07 arcade monitor chassis has been freshly recapped. It has a bright beautiful picture that should last for years. Very light burn in is barely noticeable, only when the monitor is off.
All new reproduction artwork applied to the control panel, kick plate and sides. The huge marquee is bright and beautiful with no flaking. Only the reds are lightly faded. New factory color Orange T molding has been installed which really makes this machine look almost new. The original controls and buttons have been cleaned and reinstalled.
The PCB and power supply were removed from the arcade and the interior meticulously cleaned. All original interior labels were reapplied just as they were from the factory. The coin mechanisms function perfectly and the factory setting were all reset. This machine comes with its primal manual and maintenance logs from the original owner. Come check it out. Pickup in Maryland Heights, MO. Can negotiate delivery. Willing to ship if you set it up.
Thanks for looking!

I don't know the exact height but I don't think you'd have a clearance issue with normal (8 ft) ceiling heights. I have one of these and it even clears the part of my basement where the ceiling is about a foot lower for ductwork.

Was there many times just never saw a Jr version in this cab.
They are relatively rare. I've always heard 700-800 based on serial numbers. Odd it didn't do as well because I think it's the best Pac game in the series. IMO, the difficulty level makes it much better for home use than the others.

I think best Pac game is a bold statement but the game is fantastic. I swap the PCB into my Ms Pac every once in a while and end up playing the shit out of it

I had one of the field kit Pacman to Jr Pac cabaret conversions. I think I paid $250 for it back in 2007 and sold it for $240 in 2008. I did like the game a lot, the scrolling maze is a sweet feature.

I remember about that time I was obsessed with finding a dedicated upright. There were three of them for sale on eBay back in 2007. 18 years later and this is honestly the first one I've seen for sale since.

Just my opinion. My problem with Pac and Ms. Pac is that when you get decent (which doesn't take long), a game takes forever. Jr. Pac is considerably harder so the play time is more reasonable for a mid-level player. I haven't even gotten to the beer level yet. Super Pac is just weird to me. I don't have a ton of experience with the newer ones.

Agreed with @JamBurglar - I find that the Jr. Pac-man's gameplay is fast, fresh and more random than the previous incarnations.
You really get into a zen state as you zip through some of the later levels which require some really quick joystick work.

It's also extremely fun on the Atari 7800 (although it's a homebrew effort...the tunnels variant is tons of fun)
