I have an Gottlieb Black Hole for sale, located in Central Missouri. The game is in A condition in my opinion. I believe it has never seen an arcade floor, or was possibly "restored" sometime in it's lifetime. The backglass, cab, and upper/lower playfields are nearly flawless. Also, inside of the cab barely has a speck of dirt in it.

The game has a Ni-Wumpf MPU, while all the other boards are original. Half of the Pop bumper boards are Rottendogs. Everything works 100% at the time I'm writing this (i.e. pops, switches, displays, flippers, spinning BG disk, etc) and that game will be ready to go for it's buyer. All ground mods are done. The only major flaw with the game is a chip in the lower right plastic on the main playfield. Game had a couple of plastics replaced/new drop targets before I picked it up.

I'm looking for $1250. I'll accept offers though. I have more pictures if you would like them.

Just got home from an evening at our local arcade (Pinballz), where I played many games of Black Hole. If this were closer, it would already be in my gameroom!

I've got a FULLY restored Gorf I'd probably trade you.

That is a very nice (A+) Gorf, but I honestly don't think I could possibly trade an entire pinball, especially one in this condition, straight up for an arcade. Pinball is my first love in this hobby.

Sweet looking arcade you have :)

wow now i asked if u would ship the game show...id really be interested in getting both machines and getting them shipped to me...pm me if its a possibility

Added video link in original post. I took this earlier today. Sorry it's not a great video, but I didn't want to spend an hour trying to play a "perfect" game :).

I'll be in the area next weekend for my grandfathers birthday and would like to see this. I'm interested in buying it, as I don't have anythign to trade that I think your looking for. Can we set something up.

I asked you back in the day about stopping by and seeing that other pin you have as my buddy is looking for just any pinball to have. But you never got with me, but seeing as this is for me and one of my top pinball wants, hopefully you'll reply.

I can pretty much stop by to see it whenever though, as I'm from Sedalia and all my family still lives there, so I can pay them a visit for dinner or what not. I"ll ask my buddy tonight if he's still interested in the other pin as maybe we could both pay you a visit.

Id give my Haunted house straight up for that black hole. I am in 43068.

I'm open to the idea of paying a fair price and having this freight shipped to Houston.

I know that puts me at the bottom of the list, but if you decide to entertain such offers feel free to shoot me a PM.

<Above offer assumes that if I send you additional $ for materials you can pallet the game well and properly, been down the road of buying games and having them shipped only to find that the seller had no f'n clue as to how to wrap a game for freight transport.>

Updated information on the game. I am no longer looking for a trade, and will sell the game. Price and a couple of better playfield/lpf pictures added. I have contacted a mod about changing the title to FS instead of FT.

You have no idea how internally conflicted I am about wanting to buy this right now...

"Buy it, it's friggin' sweet looking!"

"But you'll end up having paid around $1800-1900 for a '81 Gottlieb title..."

Then again considering that the head doesn't fold down on these (I'm guessing) and you may have no interest in disassembling/wrapping/palleting it properly (note the italics on properly, had bad experience with a buyer here and shipping before), I suppose I may be barking up the wrong tree...

Shoot me a PM if you want to discuss it though. I'm thinking I'm down if you are.

I'm going to probably sink that amount into the one I am restoring.. It will
probably be about 10-15% nicer in the end but there a LOT of labor and time
that isnt factored into that number to get there. If you going to restore
whatever you buy... its probably worth starting with a really nice example. If
didnt own one already and was fully commited to this project.. It would
already be on its way to me via Navl.

The Head does not fold down. Unbolts.

Go for it!

I'm in talks on this right now and scouting for a decent shipping quote. Seems high for a Black Hole, BUT when you factor in that it already has repro boards, a nice playfield/backglass (they don't repro any BH stuff, do they?), nice cabinet, and is 100% working/shopped it is a good price. I'm in the middle of a couple of restorations and the $$$ is in the details. This thing looks like I could just pop in LEDs if desired and be done with it.

Need to pop off another PM and see if I can just send a check now to get this locked down...

Speaking of NAVL... how the hell do I get a quote from them for LTL freight, their site seems to be solely for house moving? And anybody who has shipped a pin before know approximate weight/dimensions and freight class?
