We all know how rare it is to find these. Seems like just a very few across the internet for sale. I'm selling this for my dad. He's come down very ill so I can't ask him any questions about it. I don't really know much about it other than it works perfectly to me. All the lights work. All the sounds seem to work. All 4 players scoring works. And seems to be in very nice condition to be original. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been restored. Which to me is impressive to be in nice shape and completely working without restoration. Either way from what I've read up on these it's ready to play. I played a few games on it to make sure everything was working and it is. We've had it for 10 years and maybe played it a hand full of times so it's not been heavily used.

I have no idea how to ship these or even if it's a good idea but for now I'm willing to deliver it up to 4 hours away from me in Lynchburg va. If you know how to ship these let me know and I'll check into it. If your local you can come by and look at it if you'd like. I took 12 pics but can take more if you need me to. Please let me know any questions. my personal email is [email protected]

Thanks
Bryan

cool history on those. that'll probably go fast if you post at Pinside.

what is pinside?

ha, It is a forum which became ground zero for pinball talk on the internet.
Recognized by the pinball developers as a place of significance.

But there is a massive audience there so the law of averages means there are plenty of snarks and jerks in full loud mouth regalia and fresh batteries in the bull horn.

Regardless, that is where the folks with major $$$ will see your machine and it'll go fast.

$1500 maybe. The price guide says $1125. Most collectors won't pay much more than the price guide; but it's just that... A guide.

Thank you for the info. So, you think its reasonably worth $3500+ to someone?

Maybe Ebay for $3500??

Pinside about half of that if you are lucky. Probably closer to $1500 for a reasonably quick sale.

Good luck...

Not even close at $3500. You will be lucky to get 1/3 of that and have it sell quickly.

Ok, thanks. Its hard for me to find any recent sales of these. I've looked all over the internet and haven't really found many for sale, much less sold. So I'm just spit balling it all. I seen one for sale a few months ago on a website for like $4500 but it may have been in perfect condition and could have included shipping. Thanks again for the guidance.

A for sale price doesn't mean anything. What counts is what things have actually sold for. Good luck with the sale. Post it in the proper FS section here and on Pinside.

Atari pinballs aren't really that popular because the repair parts and info are a little harder to come by. I think it's worth $1500 if the playfield and backglass are nice.

I sold one a while back for $900 but yours looks to be in a little better condition. I can not see it selling for more than $1500. Most collectors stay away from Atari pins due to poor play-ability and the lack of replacement parts.

I second the previous recommendation to list the on Pinside. Also, pinball guys are used to epic cross country treks to buy games so you shouldn't have to worry about transporting the game yourself.

Atari games are less common and have some known issues. There is also less info and parts out there so many collectors avoid them. $1500 seems to be on the high side for this game, but as you found they are not many around.
