Greetings my learned friends,

I am trying to get help fixing an EM game called Aerial Aces from 1976. Currently, the beam of light, (crosshairs) hits the beam of light (bi-plane) and nothing happens.

What is supposed to happen, is that when the crosshairs hit the bi-plane, it is supposed to change images from a bi-plane to an explosion, a bell should go off, and a point is registered.

Any ideas anyone?

Hasbro Bought out Kenner in 1991, and the Kenner offices in Cincinnati were closed down in 2000. I sent Hasbro a help chat request for the schematics.

Thanks for the wisdom. Now I need to figure out what a receiver is, and how to access it. I haven't heard back from Hasbro about the fifty year old Kenner schematics, and quiet honestly I doubt I will. I wonder if there's some sort of toy forum that might have a copy?

You will probably need something like this. I retro fitted one of these into a Coon Hunt.

Wow, thanks again this 50 year old "toy" is nearly impossible to disassemble without breaking it.

I have a lead/hunch. I found a website, wookiepedia that I hope I may be able to find schematics for the Star Wars X-wing fighter target game.

This is the last picture posted in the thread. It's an identical game, with a tommy gun shooting tie fighters in space, lol.

Quite clever remarketing rebranding of a low selling product me thinks.
