really, black and white raster games appeal to a much smaller collector crowd than most others and therefore usually don't generate as much interest. finding the right collector who's willing to pay for a nice example may take time and dedication, otherwise you're probably going to end up selling it cheap.
of course, there are a few exceptions to this rule (Computer Space, original Pong, the Fonz) but i don't think Wheels is one of those.
my guess is that even with the right collector you're probably looking at a range of $200-$400.
