1942 PCB - is this an original?

Not 100% certain about this, does this look like an original:

A few things wrong re the boardset in the first pic:

- No Capcom sticker on one of the AY-3-8910's (could have come off/been removed)
- 'Wrong' colour?
- EPROM labels obviously replaced as well as the volume pot (original EPROMs may have been faulty or removed, volume pot may have been replaced)

Yet it does have Capcom as part of the solder mask (just visible to the bottom right), but that's not hard to reproduce

Not sure about this one, it kind of looks right yet something ISN'T right about it.

Thoughts anyone?
 
I have never seen a bootleg board that had the original manufacturers name printed on it, so I'm pretty sure it is original.
