The game is described and has tons of pics:
Tons of time, work, and money have gone into this game.

Gun and target mechanism work perfectly.

IN PERSON (cash) firm price on this is: $950

This is about half of the eBay+shipping+tax price (1500+175+50...)

See many pics on my ebay ad. This is for sale on eBay and other places.

Absolutely beautiful piece. I will have to read your restoration thread. Did you have to repaint? The cab is by far the nicest I've seen for this title.

Thanks!

The cab is all original paint. There are some minor nicks and scratches, and the back door has a lot of nicks, but I prefer original paint with minor issues to new paint.

I did completely strip and repaint the head casting, with massive effort described in the restoration thread. 10 coats. The pinstriping and raised lettering were difficult but came out real nice. The head castings on these are always trash. It had to be redone.

The 2 waterslide decals on the top back of the machine are scratched pretty good. If someone wanted to, they could buy them cheap and replace them (Crow River has them). For me, I like having some minor stuff that shows the age when a machine is 70 years old.

It would also be trivial to redo the back door, since it's just a single color with no art, but again, I left the nicks on purpose.

The artwork on the cab is pretty cool when you look at it carefully. See how the boxer has a giant mustache? Totally 1940s.

I'm most proud of having cleaned and polished all the internal parts of the game, most of which most folks will never see. Heh.

I took this to a party recently at @mcdefjef place and people seemed to really like it.

Awesome. I look forward to reading the thread. I too take pride in restoring the internals. I just got done a 1928 Mills Poinsettia Slot and as good as the outside castings and wood cabinet look, the real magic is the mech on the inside. Again rarely seen.

I wanted this game for a long time and ended up having to buy 2 in a package deal. I'm keeping one and selling one. Love the old mechanical stuff.

The gun in this game launches the steel ball all the way across my basement, like 20 feet. It's surprisingly strong.

Sure feels good to look inside and see how nice it looks. You can appreciate that!

I noticed this still in my closet recently, I need to get more serious about selling this.

If you're interested, drop me a line.

This is about as nice as you'll find this game.

I have now completely mastered shipping these.

The other game I sold showed up in perfect condition.

This is as nice as you'll find for this game.

$900 local sale, $1200 shipped. If shipping is less than $300, I'll refund the difference.

In case anyone is interested in how I packed it...

Bubble wrap and styrofoam and put it in a box.

Stack cardboard corrogate pieces around the protruding gun after cutting holes out of them.

Seal that box.

Then wrap that entire box with foam, bubble wrap, etc...and put that whole (large) box in another (huge) box...after reinforcing the huge box with heavy cardboard using spray adhesive.
