I have an old frogger upright with a WG monitor 19" I cant find a chasis number anywhere . The flyback is mounted off of the circuit board directly to the chasis bracket on the right side. The monitor is working but I'm having sync. issues it has vertical and horizontal sync. pins both pos. and neg. I'm trying to put an I cade 60in1 into it . The screen image just shows vertical colored lines . Any help is appreciated. Also I can't post a pic left my camera at work. Maybe I'm just too tired to figure it out tonight Thanks

Does it have two vertical cards in the center of the chassis? if so, that is a K4600. Have you capped it and reflowed the connector pins for those daughtercards yet?

And if you are connecting a 60-in-1, you need to use the negative sync. try it on the bottom pin only of the left daughtercard at first. If that doesn't help, connect it to the bottom two pins.

But you're issue sounds like you may need to adjust the horizontal hold:

Yep that was it thank you, I was too tired last night and didn't notice the horizontal size coil is broke . Time for a cap kit and a new coil . Thanks again

You are a genuis MOD. I think you may have just fixed my problem on my 13" monitors and made my weekend if it works. Now to go get a plastic screwdriver.

Well this monitor is getting shelved for a while Bob don't have any coils left . Anyone in the metro Detroit area have a decent vertical mount monitor for cheap?
