19 in 1 vs. jrok's multi-Williams board

What is the difference between the widely available 19 in 1 boards that include the Williams games and jrok's new board other than Sinistar on jrok's and all the non-Williams games on the 19 in 1? Is gameplay different or is there better compatibility?

Well, it's not emulated ! That's the whole idea. However you look at it, emulation is not 100% the same as the real boards. Jrok's board will run the games exactly as the originals.
