Hey all. So, I've been keeping my eye out for a multi-game horizontal JAMMA PCB of some type. Presumably the 19 in 1 or something similar. When I do come across one, they seem to hover over $100. Do these exist even used at or under $50? Just want to get a feel for what the right price is on these things.

Thanks!

The used ones sell for like $20 less than the new ones across the board. I think your only chance of getting one for $50 is if something is wrong with it.

It was only a month or 2 ago that these sold for $200, so $100 is actually a fine deal for this board.

bite the bullet and pay it.

BTW - read my review of the board BEFORE you commit to a control panel.

We had a customer come in today who wanted one in "like-new" condition, but was concerned with the layouts for Defender/Stargate vs Joust/etc for playability. He finally decided to go with TWO control Panels - One Dedicated Stargate and one Joust with an extra button for each player and 8-ways instead of 2-ways (for Robotron). I'll show him how to swap them out when he wants to....

wow they got cheap!! NOW its time i build my 19-1 horizontal out of a old gutted joust i have...

last i knew those were $200!!! if you can get one fr a hundo, get it!

Hey all. Great, thanks for the input. Appreciate the honesty on "bite the bullet". Sounds like $100 is the right price. I have a source for the 19 in 1, but wanted to check first to make sure, as I'm not too knowledgable on the multi boards. I have a 60 in 1 in the PAC Man, but need something for my horizontal. Is this best option (19 in 1)?

I'd recommend an Arcadeshop board over the 19-in-1 personally... but you're going to pay about double for it.

Too bad the games on it aren't all too great.

Hopefully, they will come out with one that has some good games like Berzerk, Frenzy, Zookeeper, etc.

I do believe the 19-in-1 has Berzerk...

EDIT: Nope... I just checked... does the AS board have Berzerk?

See, that's why I have waited so long to buy it. Seems like a lot of money even at $100 for just 19 games. I'm a bit surprised there isn't more out there for horizontal monitors. You get the Marios and Solomon's, but the others...ehh. I've actually thought of selling unit, but thought I might let it hang for a while to grab some Mario action.

just bought one few days ago from NIXS, his site is jammaparts.net. it may have been his last but either he or another guy WU something? gets them in from time to time, send either a message, I'm sure they'll get you an update. finally hooking my Robotron 2084 and will have it running by the end of the week. Previously the operator converted it to Bottom of the Ninth, with an jamma set up. Still need an overlay, since my button layout is crazy, OG robotron cpu is hacked to hell with about 10+ holes in it, I'm going to go with either a solid color or something generic. good luck.

More like triple, right? Or quadruple? Is he even selling them still? I thought they were like $275 + shipping when they were available. 275/78 = 3.53...

Just an FYI on these $100 19in1's. The difference from the "A" (The $200 version) and the "B"\"C" versions is that the A board has 6 buttons where the B and C have only 4. To use the six buttons you have to add wiring to 2 pins not used in a standard JAMMA harness. However on all 3 versions for Defender and Stargate you can use the player one joystick for reverse and thrust.

From what I've found, all the versions have the same pinout for 6 buttons. You're suggesting the harness doesn't have the wiring for those extra 2 buttons. So - just buy a fully loaded harness...
