I'm new to Sega Naomi stuff and had a question about 18 Wheeler. It is booting up with a split screen, but it is definitely not the motherboard as other game boards come up normally, just 18 Wheeler.

Looks like there is a dual monitor version of the game as well as single monitor. Does anybody know if the dual monitor version uses a different game board than a single monitor or is there a setting to switch this?

Trying to figure out if this a board issue, setting issue or just normal for a dual monitor board.

check dip switch#1 if the monitor is a standard res, and dip is set to 31k will display a split screen I believe, so flip that and should be okay, I think a couple of Naomi games (probably N2) will only run in VGA mode thou from memory

There's no two-monitor version. There's a standard and a deluxe and they both have only one monitor.

I'd bet money you have DIP1 set wrong and that's all it is.

It is definitely not dipswitch 1 on the motherboard. I have tried other boards that boot up fine (no split screen). Tried 18 Wheeler on two different motherboards (both set for standard res) and it still boots to a split screen.

I just got a Naomi setup with 18 wheeler myself but am waiting on the power supply to see if it even works. If I can be of any help let me know.

I am curious what the difference is between the standard and deluxe versions of the game are? Supposedly my parts came out fo a deluxe version. I know that the monitor was a 50" in the deluxe but I wouldn't have thought that the game itself was different.
