Hey, I have been working with an AD cocktail for a while now, and it's warm enough lately to continue.
It works and plays well, except for the shaky picture.
This is what I've done (not necessarily to correct the shaky-ness, just sayin!)
Replaced R100 and 101
Capped it and did the filter caps
Replaced HV Diode
Replaced the 4 bottlecap transistors
Reflowed all inputs
replaced Big Blue
replaced the Line Filter on the PS
Had the game board shopped by Talon who did an amazing job.
Did the pots (Brightness, cont, etc.)
that's all I can think of at the moment. Pic is still shaky. Mainly easy to see when there's text on the screen.
The ceramic resistor in the HV section gets really hot, but as I understand, it's supposed to (can't remember the number off the top of my head).
Anyone seen this?
Thanks in advance.
