13" Black & White monitor for Space Zap cabaret

I need the 13" B/W monitor for Space Zap mini. Chassis only would work. Prefer whole thing (if low burn). This B/W doesn't have the standard 12 pin connector that most B/Ws have...it has a 2x3 connector for power and then a board edge connector for signal with about 5 wires on it.

I don't know if any other game used a 13" B/W. But if you have one for a different game, that's fine with me.

Thanks!
John

Are you set on using the original B/W monitor or would a more modern (yes, that sounds funny) 13" G07 do? It should work the same, assuming you make the appropriate connectors.

I couldn't care less if I stick with the original or not! In fact the original has horrible Space Zap burn (go figure).

I can use a G-07? How do you use a color monitor for B/W? Do I just short the R,G, and B wires all to the "signal" wire?

Thanks for the suggestion...let me know!

Yes, it can be done. I recall this discussion some years ago over in RGVAC. I don't recall the exact details, but I believe that is the right idea. I have been told Google no longer keeps all of the RGVAC history, so a google search may or may not help you.

Anyone else want to chime in?
