As we speak I have a WG4900 hooked up to my Hang On, taking the place of the 100v monitor that was in it. It acually works. So just a quick question, am I safe or is this a bad idea? Any long term harmful effects? Am I better off putting another iso in the game and feeding the proper 120v to the monitor?

OK cool. I'm assuming worst case scenario is the monitor will stop working (underpowered) and then Ill have to put 120 to it. Dont see any harmful effect either way. Thanks Dave.

That's a little below the manual's specs. It says it's designed for 108-132VAC.

If it's working fine for you, I wouldn't fret about it. I don't see how it could "do any damage". All it does with the AC is rectify it to DC and regulate it down to 130VDC. With 100VAC, your peak should be ~141VDC, which should be enough to provide your 130VDC. I guess if you local line voltage (120VAC) is low, you might end up with something lower than 100VAC going to your monitor, and perhaps not give you quite enough to get the full B+. But if so, you picture will just be a bit smaller--no damage.
