I've got a Krull that's blowing my fluorescent light, so it appears time for a new ballast. I'm guessing that's what's causing my F3 fuse to blow as well.

Will replacing a 118V ballast with the 120V GE ballast at Home Depot be fine? Wasn't sure if the voltage difference would cause any issues.

Thanks.

shouldn't be a problem since you rarely get exactly 120 volts AC out of your wall socket

Starters are becoming a thing of the past. T12 lamps are also going away. Those voltages listed are nominal. What you get out of the outlet is not what you would think. You should be able to get a ballast at any home improvement store. Just measure the length of your lamp and get that type of ballast. The wiring diagram is usually listed on the label or you can get it off the internet
