Can the WG 4900 use an isolation transformer that has an 105V output? The monitor is a RCA 19VLTP22.
Thanks yall,
Greg

I don't think it will hurt it, but I don't hold any expertise on either that monitor or running different voltages either.

I'm led to believe you can go under (120 VAC monitor with 105VAC) but not over (105VAC monitor with 120VAC). I forget what symptoms would rear their ugly head if the low voltage isn't enough. vice versa will definitely tear shit up though lol (see: people running 100V monitors on 120V lines OR worse yet, on no isolation transformer)

It should work. The only problem I can forsee would be a slightly smaller picture due to a lower B+. It won't hurt anything though.

The 4900 series may shutdown if the voltage is low. In other words, sometimes while playing the machine, the picture may go out.

Running a monitor outside of it's rated specifications is not good.

Is the RCA 19VLTP22 outside of the WG 4900 spec's?
