may be stupid question but better be safe than regret.

I have candy cab that has a 100v monitor (MS2932 Nanao). I checked astro city and it has power supply but doesnt have any 100V output. I found two wire that generate 120V. I though why not add Nintendo Transformer from the wood T minus the power gold brick..

I hooked up 120V wire to the two wire to the transformer and the other two wire goes to the white plug box (that s where we tend to plug sanyo monitor at.

I Dmmed em and i see it 106.9V tops..

that will work with 100V Monitor?

Here is the picture..

106 should be fine. a sanyo is ok to run up to 110.00 but not any higher.
so you should be fine with a nano at 106v.
i would do it if i liked a nano monitor.

Peace
