I have been looking for a nice scramble bezel for a long time but I imagine it would be tough to make it.

+1 on that - mine is decent, but a little flaky.
Yes, lots of small jagged edges. Not just a rectangular easy design.

Yeah, so much so that my Smash TV (purchased from an operator) had it's marquee replaced with a piece of plexi and a computer printout...

I'd be down for a Scramble Bezel as well if it were possible.
How about a galaxian bezel.. on glass.

for bezels the center will be plotter cut and follows the contour of the art.
so once Ive screened the white backing on it
the center is removed. Scramble wouldnt be that difficult but the scan needs a little work
obviously pieces whether they are marquees or bezels would need to have art on hand.
but most of whats currently being inkjetted is readily available.
so having it printed and glass mounted is just something extra not all ready offered.
and like I said most importantly not likley to be silkscreen reproduced.
The only other limitations are of course colors.

Mystic Marathon would definitely be a candidate as nobody is ever likely to repro those. A repro bezel would be awesome as well.

It may not matter or apply now, but years ago, there were a lot of NOS Phoenix marquees out there. I had a Phoenix for a while, which had a bad marquee and replaced it with an NOS piece that I believe I bought from Bob R, not that he'd still have any of those.

I wouldn't mind getting a custom bezel made for my Dynamo HS-5 cabinet. I plan on making a custom Mega Man cab and having a custom made bezel for it would be amazing. Just not sure what kind of design I'm looking for though. =/
