I recently picked up an asteroids cocktail machine and when I power it on The monitor gets weird lines all thru it. and when I first turn it on I here two short beeps then one long deeper beep. does anyone know what the problem is? any help would be appreciated. Thank you guys

Its a pretty decent shape Asteroids cab and Im not getting anything on the monitor except an LED on the chassis board, and no sound except some light crackling. The PCB has the LED lit. Any ideas?
