Does anyone know if the Fluke should be able to test the NVRAM by using the RAM test ? By looking at the schematics, the LS259 at 2B (on the CPU PCB) seems driven by the IRQ and WR signals on the CPU.

If have 35 ohms resistance between 5V and GND without harness. On another defective Punch Out board, I have 72 ohms and my DMM also says that there is continuity. What kind of resistance should I expect between the two ? Thx
