That being said, you CAN remove it and re-seat it if you want to (only suggest after trying other suggestions above). Just use a flat blade screwdriver to place under ends and gently pry it up. Make sure that you're in between the chip and it's socket, and NOT prying against the board itself...

I posted about the continuation of the trick I discovered 5-6 years ago where you can go back "up" above the ramp in the air to grind for more points. I didn't do it too well in the video. Usually I grind all the way back across the top, maxing out the GOLD before dropping into the half-pipe...

I'll go one further....DON'T EVER USE GOOF OFF, IT SUCKS! NOT that it should be used on everything, but WD40 is the best sticky remover I've ever used, hands down.

I think my best score ever was around 315,000. I've seen the tips suggested, but usually have to do with getting only one pair of shoes so you don't jump too high, and can do more spins and jumps total throughout the entire game, and thus get a higher score. But....I LOVE the shoes, ollieing...

I liked Pixels too. Not the greatest by any stretch, but I enjoy(ed) it. Not too turned on by WIR2 previews, I must admit, but will watch almost anything for FREE!!! (SCREW HOLLYWOOD!!!)

Chad is right. Take care of harness, headers, and wiring to insure all is good. The problems are likely in there.
