I've seen it before and my multipede kit went tits up. I ordered a new one. Not saying that is what is causing your issue but it looks the same as mine. I replaced sockets etc before ordering a new kit as well.

I put a MonacoGP cabaret in my 15 year old daughters room. I smile when I hear it being played occasionally. I think that's the best I can hope for. I went to take pictures to try to sell it and she asked me not to sell it because it's her favorite thing in her room. I'll take that as a win.
